That's terrible service. I have a pregnant relative who has a doctor's office. They change her appointment an hour early. When she complains, there's a girl in front of her who mocks her, reversing what my relative tells her. What service is good for people, and worse, for pregnant women. It's disrespectful to repeat what the other person is saying, laughing.

The customer service at this office has declined significantly in the last few years. While they have a good pediatrician, scheduling an appointment is not worth the hassle. The doctors are frequently replaced so you never see the same one for more than a year. If your child is sick, they will advise you to take them to the hospital or their urgent care in Belleville. If you call for a follow-up after a hospital visit, they will schedule you for weeks later, always claiming to be fully booked for the entire month. The adult department is no different- previously, you could call the office to schedule an appointment, but now you have to speak to the call center, and they will call you back in 48hrs to schedule an appointment, only if you insist on following up. When you are fortunate enough to reach someone from the office, they won’t schedule an appointment for you either. Instead, they will pass on the message to a care coordinator who will then also have 48hrs to call you back. Whether you contact the office or the call center, the lack of customer service and miscommunication is unacceptable. The office manager Gabriel will blame the call center and try to excuse his office staf

Front desk staffs , doctors, Medical assistants, they all great Facility is clean Office manager Gabriel should have better manners with patients , specially when I’m asking about my son’s appointment for blood work at 8:30am He was just called now at 9:15am after hour waiting Not the first time I have an issue with him . Very disrespectful to turn his back to a patient . I’ve also noticed how he talks to other members. A manager position it’s not to dictate it’s about being a leader to the office team Hope he can learn how to have a better approach and relationship with patients and office staffs

It is my first time here and I can not be happier. The staff is great and very professional. Melissa and Gloria at the front desk are very helpful and thorough. Julio and Michele are some best nurses I have had take care of me. Alexander Hesquijarosa, my doctor is one of the best doctors I have had treat me. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I actually look forward to having a doctors appointment.

Recommend 100% the doctor and staff are very kind and helpful. They are also very understanding and informative - 2 years ago I unfortunately had to change my perspective on Sanitas. It is not what it used to be 2 years ago. The receptionist don’t ever give accurate wait times. They keep switching your primary physician without telling you. I haven’t seen mine since basically last year. They don’t let their patients know this either. Some receptionist are rude over the phone. I’m really just waiting to find a new primary
